1. You contact us via phone, email, social media, or our website to set up your free in-home consultation. If we are unable to speak at that very moment, we will return your call ASAP the same day.
2. We schedule an appointment with you (typically appointments are scheduled within 1-3 days of first contact).
3. The owner that sets up the blinds appointment shows up for the sales consultation on time wearing booties and a smile.
4. We take the time to explain our products and give our expert opinion.
5. You will receive a written estimate on site (Estimates are good for 30 days).
6. If the you decide to move forward, the owner will discuss the timeline and collect a deposit of 50%.
7. From this point, the owner personally handles the ordering process to guarantee you get exactly what was discussed.
8. Once the product has been produced, the owner reaches out to set up an installation appointment.
9. The owner arrives for the install on time wearing booties and a smile. (We do not use day laborers).
10. Product is installed. After, the owner will do a walk-around with the client to answer all questions and explain the product(s) function. At this time the balance is collected.
